تضامناً مع غزه - المستجدات

سلمنا اليوم باليد مجموعة من حوالي ثلاثمائة نسخة من رسالة تضامن مع غزه، وقعها مواطنون لبنانيين من كافة المناطق الى النواب الذين يمثلوهم في المجلس ونسخه منها الى رئاسة مجلس الوزراء.

في مجلس النواب، ابلغنا مكتب البريد، ان من الأفضل، لضمان ايصال الرسائل بهذه الطريقة، هو وضع كل رسالة في ظرف خاص بها، مع اسم النائب التي ترسل الرسالة اليه على المغلف. مع العلم ان بامكان اي منّا طلب موعد شخصي مع اي من النواب. ايضاً للعلم، ربما من الأفضل ايصال البريد في بدايات الأسبوع، حيث يحضر النواب الى المجلس للمشاركة في اجتماعات اللجان النيابية، بينما قد لا يحضروا بالضرورة ايام الخميس والجمعة.

في مجلس الوزراء، بدا ان مُستلم البريد متفاجئ بعض الشيئ من المرُسل وهو "مجموعة من المواطنين اللبنانيين"!

Solidarity with Gaza

The initiative:
We aim to make use of the democratic in pursuit of a supportive stand towards gaza. Do that by communicating with the elected members of parliament within your electoral district, irrespective of their political affiliations or sect, for, those officially represent you in the Lebanese parliament.

Means of communication with the Members of Parliament:
All means suitable and accessible to you can be used:
1- You can write your own version of the letter, or use the sample letter below, and deliver it by hand to the house of Parliament in ‘Place de l’Etoile’, where each member is appointed his own mail box.
2- You can e-mail or fax your version or the sample letter to the members. A list with the member’s contact can be found below.
3- Make sure to mention your name, profession, the electoral district you vote within.
4- Send a copy to each member of Parliament within your electoral circle
5- Send a copy of each letter to the Minister of Exterior Fawzi Sallough, and to the Prime Minister Fouad el Sanioura.
6- After you send your letters, record your participation in this initiative and send an e-mail to: muwaten.lubnani@gmail.com or comment on this blog, so that we can evaluate the level of participation.

Due to the escalation of Israeli aggression on Gaza, and after 18 months of siege imposed on 1.5 million Palestinians, I write to you as my district representative to intervene through all possible means available to you to stop this aggression, and to contribute to an Arab stand supportive of the Palestinians in Gaza.

I reject, as a Lebanese citizen, the complicity of the Arab States, and in particular the Egyptian authorities, with this aggression and I ask you to :

- Demand from the Arab Republic of Egypt, through the embassy in Lebanon, to permanently open the Rafah crossing, and to provide assistance to the Palestinians in Gaza, and to request from the Foreign Minister of Lebanon and other Lebanese officials to express these positions in Arab meetings.

- To pursue all international means to pressure Israel to cease its aggression on Gaza and to hold all those responsible legally accountable.

نأمل ان نستعمل الأطر الديمقراطية للمطالبة بموقف مساند لفلسطيني غزة، بان نتواصل مع النواب الذين يمثلوننا رسمياً، اي النواب المنتخبين ضمن دائرة كل واحد منا الانتخابية، بغض النظر عن الكتلة النيابية التي بنتمون اليها، طائفتهم، أو طائفتنا.

آلية التواصل مع النواب:
1.يمكنك التواصل عبر اي وسيلة متوافرة تناسبك، او عبر تسليم رسالة باليد الى مقر مجلس النواب – ساحة النجمة
2.يمكنك تحرير الرسالة التي تناسبك، مع التأكيد على المطلبين اللذين تعبر عنهما الرسالة ادناه او يمكنك استخدام نموذج الرسالة الموجود في اسفل الصفحة
3.تأكد من ذكر اسمك الشخصي، وظيفتك او مهنتك، مع الدائرة الانتخابية التي تتبع لها او المحلة المذكورة في سجل نفوسك
4.ارسل نسخة لكل نائب ضمن دائرتك الانتخابية
5.ارسل نسخة اخرى من كل الرسائل الى وزير الخارجية فوزي صلوخ ورئيس مجلس الوزراء فؤاد السنيورة

امام تصاعد العدوان الاسرائيلي على غزة، بعد ١٨ شهراً من الحصار المفروض على مليون ونصف من الفلسطينين، اكتب اليكم بصفتكم نائب منطقتي للتدخل بأسمي بكافة الوسائل المتاحة لكم لوقف هذا العدوان، والمساهمة في بلورة موقف عربي مساند للفلسطينين في مواجهته.

يسيئني، كمواطن لبناني، تواطؤ مصر والعديد من الدول العربية مع هذا العدوان والسماح له بالاستمرار، وأرجو منكم:

1-Vous trouverez ci-dessous une proposition de lettre. Il vous est possible de l'envoyer comme telle ou bien de vous en inspirer pour rédiger votre propre courrier.
2-Mentionnez-y vos nom, prénom, profession ainsi que votre circonscription électorale.
3-Envoyez une copie de votre courrier à tous les députés de votre circonscription.
4-Envoyez ensuite une copie de chaque courrier au ministre des affaires étrangères Fawzi Saloukh, ainsi qu'au premier ministre Fouad Siniora et au président de la république Michel Sleimane.

Monsieur le député,

Devant l'intensification de l'offensive israélienne sur Gaza, après 18 mois de blocus imposé à un million et demi de palestiniens, je m'adresse à vous aujourd'hui en tant que député de ma circonscription électorale, afin que vous interveniez en mon nom et par tous les moyens possibles pour la cessation immédiate de cette offensive et pour la contribution à la mise en place d'une position arabe soutenant les Palestiniens dans cette confrontation.
En tant que citoyen libanais, la complicité de l'Egypte et de nombreux pays arabes avec cette offensive israélienne m'affecte profondément et je vous prie en conséquence de :

1.Demander à la république arabe d'Egypte d'ouvrir le passage de Rafah de façon permanente et de soutenir les Palestiniens de Gaza, ce par le biais de son ambassade au Liban ainsi qu'à travers les relations du Ministre des affaires étrangères et du Président de la République avec leurs homologues égyptiens.
2.D'utiliser tous les mécanismes possibles afin d'exercer une pression sur Israël pour cesser son offensive sur Gaza.
